Sick Babies

Last night, we put Ella to bed and Arin fell asleep on our bed.  They didn't stay asleep long.  Ella woke up throwing up all over herself and the crib.  It was a mess and she was scared and crying.  About the same time, Arin woke up screaming that her forehead hurt.  We took her temperature, which was 101.7.  It was an overwhelming few minutes while we got them cleaned up, gave them medicine and drinks and put them back to bed.  I am grateful that my kids are healthy most of the time.  It's not too often that they get sick and if they do, it is usually only for a day or so.  And if I had to come up with a good thing about them being sick??  All the extra snuggling and cuddling time!

And in case you are wondering, both have woken cheerful, hungry, and feverless!
